5. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Because our products are pre-owned:
Items must be returned in the same condition as received
All included accessories must be returned
The item must not be damaged due to misuse

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
8. Do your products come with a warranty?
